Canceling subscription in my account

How in the world do you cancel your subscription?? For the life of me I cannot find anywhere in my account to cancel my subscription. I've also checked on my iphone for subscription on it and cannot find it either. There's no customer service # to call either.. HELP!

If you can't find your subscription on your account, I have a feeling you probably have logged into a different account. Could you please go to your email inbox to search for an order confirmation email from Skype <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> and you should be able to see your Skype ID listed there then compare to Skype ID you see on https://secure.skype.com/portal/profile

Do you notice the same Skype ID between what you see on the email vs Skype website?
