If you can't find your subscription on your account, I have a feeling you probably have logged into a different account. Could you please go to your email inbox to search for an order confirmation email from Skype <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***> and you
should be able to see your Skype ID listed there then compare to Skype ID you see on https://secure.skype.com/portal/profile
Do you notice the same Skype ID between what you see on the email vs Skype website?
