As Kosh already mentioned, the thread you posted from the Italian Answers forum provides everything that's known about the 3002 error message as it's related to real-time protection.  Nothing we'll tell you here will be any different, just similar suggestions, since most of these aren't really a problem anyway.  In fact , another thread mentioned in the last post of the one you referenced is actually much more clear.

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/protect_start/filter-driver-error-is-appearing-in-the-system/22732d11-a83e-4106-b5de-24736b3cbf61

The above thread comes to the same basic conclusion that I did when I posted in the following thread that Kosh also referenced.

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/protect_start/filter-driver-error-is-appearing-in-the-system/22732d11-a83e-4106-b5de-24736b3cbf61?page=2

My conclusion was that these errors are a result of something in MSE, most likely the Network Inspection Service (NIS), attempting to start or update before the Windows networking is stable on the PC.  Though this is annoying and displays an error, there's really no true reason to be concerned, since MSE will simply succeed when it trys again later.

You can spend your time trying to 'fix' this, but since it would require a programming change you really can't, so you're simply wasting your time.  As long as MSE is keeping up to date and otherwise appears to be working properly, there's nothing actually wrong.  So stop worrying, go get a beer and  do something fun that you'd rather be doing.

Hi alpha45,

Though I can't read the Italian thread, it seems like you've received much advice from many good people.  Are you reposting here because after 4 pages there, you still are without a solution or why are you posting the same issue here when it is being addressed there?  We may not be the same people responding, but the suggestions are likely to be extremely similar if not almost identical - but I'll try my best as if it were a brand new thread and without benefit of that history (since this is what I'd suggest in any event and if it duplicates, then that only goes to show that the recommendations are commonly recognized and offered).  Hopefully you'll find something new here that wasn't presented before.

I recommend you take a look at the answer in the following thread to see if that helps: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/protect_start/description-microsoft-antimalware-real-time/967296c5-26c3-4f00-9355-8bfadf9e58e3.  If all else fails, try the email support link at the bottom of that thread.

Here's another related thread here on this error (the 0x80004005 is more helpful than 3002): http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/protect_start/microsoft-antimalware-real-time-protection-feature/031d710b-046f-434d-8020-c2fc6826b0ae.  You'll note that while it suggests some other things to check (and some that are the same), it also ultimately suggests the email support link (in fact, it actually suggests that upfront).

Here's another thread on essentially the same problem with more options and solutions proposed (though it is a bit different and may not entirely apply in your situation - but it is the same error): http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/protect/forum/protect_start/filter-driver-error-is-appearing-in-the-system/22732d11-a83e-4106-b5de-24736b3cbf61.

If none of the above help (and if the other thread hasn't helped and I'd be surprised if they didn't recommend many of these same suggestions and almost certainly the one that follows which is suggested in practically all of the above threads), please do submit an email support case here: https://support.microsoftsecurityessentials.com/?scrx=1.  If you're avoiding that for some reason, I'm not sure why because they are much more likely to be able to help you with this than we are (or those in the Italian version of the forum) if you've tried everything we've proposed and they've proposed and it's simply the best and perhaps only answer if all else has failed.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!
