YOUR MICROSOFT COMPUTER HAS BEEN BLOCKED with the number provided

I have windows 7 and I was on a website and had a message pop up, it reads itself out in a female computer voice and continually repeats itself.  it 's first lines say:

the page at www.pc-support1.com says:                                  <that was: ***Post moved by the moderator to the appropriate forum category.***  when I took the screenshot.

*YOUR MICROSOFT COMPUTER HAS BEEN BLOCKED*

Windows System Alert!!

Please Contact Microsoft ***Post moved by the moderator to the appropriate forum category.*** Immediately!

to unblock your computer.

Registry Failure of Operating System.

Error Code: rundll32.exe

Here are the screenshots I took, scrolled up and down:

I clicked the check box and ok, and I was able to get rid of the pop up.

I called the number on the pop up and a man with an Indian accent answered, I told him about the popup and he asked me for my name and e-mail.  I said no because I did not know if the popup and number were from Microsoft, he said I can not help you without that information so I said bye.

Can someone tell me if this is from Microsoft?

Is the phone number from Microsoft?

It's a scam. As long as you didn't give them access to your computer you're OK. If it happens again.............

Use the Task Manager to exit the browser. Reboot and see if the pop-up goes away.
