how to delete ammyyadmin program win 7

My parents inadvertently allowed someone access to their computer. Although they recognized it was a scam, and terminated the discussion, to their dismay, they are now showing pop-ups for ammyyadmin v.3.0 app on their Win 7 PC. How can they remove this malicious malware? They already tried uninstalling the app via Control Panel but the app is not listed.

While they try to access your computer they will be downloaded one file from AMMYY AdmIn website. The file name will be AA_v3.EXE Find and Delete this file from your computer.

Most probably it will be in your Downloads folder or in  the temp folder.

Locate this file and Delete it........

Beware cold callers – especially those claiming your computer has a virus.

It is a Fake Call.

The scam always starts the same way: the phone rings at someone’s home, and the caller –  asks for the householder, quoting their name and addressbefore saying “I’m calling for Microsoft. We’ve had a report from your internet service provider of serious virus problems from your computer.”
