Hi Robelene

I am having the same issue, and when I check Defender Services, the status is automatic. However, I am still getting the same message.

Any other suggestions, please?

Sally

I'm not entirely sure what the cause of this was, however I restarted the PC a few times and ran a quick scan a number of times and the issue persisted and then it worked and is continuing to.. fingers crossed
