This trojan is giving frequent alerts in all computers. Scanning with Windows defender , MS Security Scanner is not helpful.

Since WD has not resolved the issue try the following steps to include resetting your browsers if necessary:

P.S.  You're in the Win 7 forum.  Are you using Windows Defender on Win 7?  If so, the WD program that is included on Win 7 is an antispyware program only!  You need a more comprehensive antimalware program.
