My PC infected with conduit malware when update FlashPlayer

I inadvertently download the Conduit Malware when updating Adobe Flashplayer. This malware attached itself to the Bing search bar and was not detected by Windows Defender, Malwarebytes, nor CCleaner trial additions. I can no longer use IE nor Bing until this malware is removed. Any ideas on how to remove it short of a reinstall?
