possible malware problem

I got a message of virus infestions, & I clicked on to see what it was by mistake ,I was directed a web sight for windows optimal tool. my computer keeps starting up & rebooting. Icannot get to any of my programs or use the internet. this program claims to have found a number of viruses & other problems. The original error message was unkown 32 trojan. what canj I do to fix the problem.

Yep, you fell for the fake antimalware program, and now you have to get rid of it.

Are you running Microsoft Security Essentials?

 

If so

and select the link that says - I think my computer is infected - and then select the support option for phone, chat or email (options will vary by Region)
