MS Security Essentials Error Code

The last 2 times I ran a scan overnite with MS Security Essentials, in the morning I had these 2 messages:

Your PC couldn’t be scanned.

This program’s service has stopped. You can start the service manually or restart your computer, which will start the service.

Error code:  0x800106ba


Antimalware Service Executable stopped working and was closed

A problem cause the application to stop working correctly. Windows will notify you if a solution is available.

Help apprecitated.

Make sure your system don't have any other active antivirus installed, if have remove all other real-time antimalware products that were installed on your PC, including free/trial products that were installed when the PC was purchased (Norton, Symantec, McAfee, TM, AVG, Malwarebytes(paid), etc). See List of anti-malware program cleanup/uninstall tools and download antivirus uninstaller tool. If yours is not listed, go to the manufacturer site and get it. 

Reboot Windows and try scan with MSE.
