I can't boot my Windows Defender Offline, everytime I restart my computer it just starts up with Windows. How can I boot it up?

A few days ago, I got a trojan and normally...my Microsoft Security Essentials would take care of it. Somehow, MSE gave me a message that I need to do an additional cleaning and to do that I have to download Windows Defender Offline. I successfully downloaded the WDO on a blank disc and inserted it in, restarted my computer, and it won't boot up. It just goes straight to Windows.

Details:

64-Bits Computer

Windows Vista

Trojan Name:

Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A

If Windows Defender Offline will not work, try another scanner - you'll need to burn a CD using a different computer and change the boot sequence on your computer to run the scan - instructions are included with the links:
