Update Microsoft Security Essentials and run a full system scan with it.

If you no longer have the issue then that's great, however, if it continues see the following.
According to this earlier thread from a few days ago, that's due to malware that can be removed using the programs suggested in a post by
Vijay_Verma marked as Answer.
If you scroll down through that thread, you'll see screenshots with exactly the same error message you indicated.
< EDIT > Oops, missed Smeed's earlier post regarding this same thread, but I'll leave this here just in case some future person with the problem misses it as well.
