RunDll error{"There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\System\SysMenu.dll The specified module could not be found." }

Original Title : RunDill error

"There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\System\SysMenu.dll

The specified module could not be found."

These 3 consecutive error windows pop up in sequence on booting my computer after "Free upgrade to Windows10"  After following your answers I executed "Auto run" took a screen shot and saved  as per your advise earlier to Gerard. There are some yellow highlighted files noticed. All the screen shot is spread in 10 pages part of 9th page carried over to 10th page as there very few lines left in the 10th page.
