How do I insert a horizontal line in OneNote? This would be a similar function to inserting a horizontal line in an Outlook email. Horizontal lines are very useful to separating categories and types of notes on a page.

I have a Dell XPS 13 (2015) hooked up to an Asus 23" (MX239) monitor. They are connected via DisplayPort to HDMI cable. Both displays are set to 1920 x 1080px (their native resolution). I'd like to know how to configure Windows(7)  media player to not automatically start playing a cd when it is inserted into the cd drive.  I've changed the autoplay setting but this doesn't seem to stop the cd from starting if windows media player is already open when the disc is inserted.
