I have both an Acer Laptop and Dell Desktop, both fully loaded. For the last 2 days, both my computers have tried to install the above update at least 5 times on each computer. On both computers, I have tried running the update troubleshooter but it could not fix the 'corruption' issue but did fix all other issues. I even tried to install 2 earlier images and came up with the same result. My question is: will a clean install, including

How do I see what version of Windows 10 I have?  I've seen people talk about version numbers, but in my brief moments of looking around I haven't found it yet.

In IE 11 & prior, you could install PDF Writer into Devices & Printers. When you printed to PDF from a document or from a web site, the pdf writer would open & you could save the pdf document anywhere on your computer and save it under any file name you wanted. If you go to a site & it has a document in PDF format, there is no problem in saving it to any location on your computer and you can also give it a file name.  BUT In Windows 10 Edge, you have a choice of Microsoft PDF or any PDF

I purchased an Acer Aspire E15 notebook with windows 8.1 Basic installed. Since I had an extra windows 8.1 pro key, I used it to upgrade the notebook to 8.1 Pro through Windows Update "ADD FEATURES TO WINDOWS 8.1". My questions are that if I upgrade to windows 10 version: 1. will it use the windows 8.1 pro key and I get the pro version of windows 10 2. will it use the windows 8.1 basic key in the BIOS and I get the basic version of windows 10 3. if the update only accepts the key in BIOS,
