Hotmail Junk Mail

it seems Hotmail junk filters are not working as well as they used to.  I get junk emails daily, move them to the junk mailbox, but get the same ones the next day.  Whats the point of moving spam to the junk folder if Hotmail cant "learn" these messages are junk?

I noticed this about 3 weeks ago.  I've had this email account for 20 years and I've not changed anything.  Very frustrating!

I dutifully read your article and i always move each offensive email:  Medical Marijuana, work from home, Shark Tank, tactical flahlight, revese mortgage, daily income, weight loss and sex incease email into my Junk Folder with the box checked to report it to Microsoft as spam.  My problem is once they are moved there, they come back the next day and bring some of their friends. (I've attached a photo that shows all the junk l've received today).  

I will also note that when I open my Apple mail program on my iMac, it KNOWS this is junk mail - but alas, Hotmail does not.  VERY FRUSTRATING!!

My problem persists.  Please improve your junk mail filters!!  I don't want to change the email address I've had for 20 years!!
