postmaster@hotmail delivery status notification(failure)

I created a standard e-mail account to my pc but when I sent a test e-mail to it, I got a postmaster @ hotmail devivery status notification (failure) back. I changed the password then I changed the address and the password still the same results

Hi DONALDFEATHERSTONE,

I am sorry for the untimely response to your post, we usually receive bounce when we miss spelled an email address that we are trying to send a message, also when the inbox of the recipient full we can get a bounce message. Possible server issue can also cause a bounce message.
