Hi casacaresolutions,

We got your concern about the emails sent by your friends and clients which aren’t being received on your end. We understand how important it is for you to get this addressed. We’ll find out what be causing this to happen and check for ways to resolve this query.

Based on the bounce message provided which came from one of your clients, it seems like it’s related to the way you received emails on your account, or may be their accounts got blocked from sending emails to Hotmail/Outlook.com accounts if this only happens to that specific domain. To know more about the situation, we’d like to ask the following:

- Is the account where they sending emails to an account that’s part of an organization and with a Microsoft/Office 365 Business subscription?

- Does the issue of emails that are not being delivered to occur to all senders?

- Are the email addresses of your friends and your clients use a different domain name and not Hotmail/Outlook.com? if yes and they are only having issues sending emails to the accounts with the Hotmail/Outlook.com domain, then they may need to fill out this form to request for delisting, as their IP address may have been blocked.

Thank you for your response. We’d want to gather further information about this concern and to learn more about the situation.

May we know if the account where they’re sending emails to is work account with a Microsoft/Office 365 Business subscription? Are you not receiving emails from all senders or just specific with the ones using another domain name of their account and not Hotmail/Outlook.com?

This would help isolate this issue at the same time.

We’ll wait for your response.

Hi Bonnie,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue.

May we know which account are you using? Is it an Outlook/Hotmail.com account? Do you bank received a bounce back message when they try sending you a message? Does the issue only occur specifically to the emails from your bank? Have you already checked all the folders on your account if there’s a chance that it was moved from there?

We look forward to your response.

Hi Tascio 1,

We appreciate the information you’ve provided.

Could you confirm if the account you’re using is a personal, work, or school account? Are the recipients that you’re sending emails to use an Outlook/Hotmail.com account? Have you already tried sending a test email to your self to check if you’ll be able to receive and send it accordingly? This helps us isolate the issue.

We’ll wait for your response.

Hi,

It looks like the first recipient is finally starting to receive the backlog of mail. He received one last night that was sent last Thursday & another I sent last night. The remainder, at least a dozen have had termination response meaning they wouldn't keep trying to send.

I'm on private Outlook account. My colleague is on Hotmail, again, private. I sent myself an email & it came straight back to me without a problem.

The second mail was to another colleague but he was on MSN; believe this is also a private account.

Am hoping that this has now rectified as I purposely sent one early evening yesterday which he has now received. I'll let you know if that changes,

Regards,

Dave
