unusual activity in your Outlook account.?

Sending /receiving 1-2 mails per month is unusual activity ? W T F ?
I have not received SMS with verification, I can´t send very important mail.

I have been getting this unusual activity sent to me all the time, what am l supposed to do, as l do not understand this...

Can you please advise why l am getting this and should l be doing something about it??????
