Some Emails being sent to me are not being received

I am no longer receiving email messages from my mortgage broker.  He sends emails to both my work email and personal outlook.com email.  They are not being filtered into spam and I have no rules set up.  They simply not being delivered to my outlook.com email.

Now today I am not receiving any of my airline confirmations from Virgin America when they are sent to my outlook.com email.  I am able to receive the same airline confirmations through my separate gmail account and work email. 

What is going on here?  Why am I not able to receive emails from certain senders now.  I would appreciate if a mod could reach out to me ASAP to look into this!

Welcome to Microsoft Community. We understand your concern about not being able to receive emails and we will assist you. Just to verify does your sender receives a bounce message whenever they send an email to you? Have you tried to send a test email on your account? Does the issue persists?

If issue persists, may I ask the email address that you're having problems with for investigation.

I haven't received any emails in over a month. I fill out forms from games or other applications that ask for an email verification and it never shows up. I also haven't gotten mail from anyone else ever other than junk since 5/18/2016 this is very frustrating.

To get better clarity on the issuer please answer the questions below:

  • How do you access Outlook.com? Is it through a web browser, mail app or email client?
  • When you access your account through a web browser, do you see Outlook Mail or Outlook Email at the top?

Check the below things

Check Junk E-mail folder Search for messages received Today Check virus scanner or 3rd party anti-spam tools Collecting your mail on multiple computers or a mobile phone Check your web based mailbox Have the sender check the Outbox Have the sender send to another address Have the sender check for bounce messages Contact your ISP or mail administrator

This will surely work for you if nothing happens please reconfigure your outlook.Thanks for checking my answer.I am from a real estate software company ,we are getting this issues every month.so i am solving this things by above written values.
