Outlook inbox constantly refreshing

Hello,

The inbox for my email keeps refreshing and I can't read email or click on anything because it refreshes so fast. It does it on every browser, chrome, firefox and opera. They're all up to date. It only does it for my email because my daughter can sign in and read email without it refreshing. Any help would be appreciated as I would like to read my emails.

The address bar changes to outlook.live.com/owa/#authRedirect=true before it refreshes.

Yes, same here, address bar changes to 

outlook.live.com/owa/#authRedirect=true, on both of my computers

i am having this same issue.  i figure i won't need a separate topic for it.

i was using the site earlier without any complications.

i noticed the tab started loading after not using it for ~30 minutes.

i logged out of live, cleared cache, reopened the browser and tried logging in again.

since then i've been stuck in a loop with the same link the OP gave.  outlook.live.com/owa/#authRedirect=true

i've triple checked cookies were clear, shut down and restarted pc, used different browsers.  same issue.

i am using win7 pro and have tried with firefox and IE

Having the same exact issue. I checked my email earlier today and it was working fine. I too tried this in different browsers (Safari and Firefox), cleared the cache/cookies, rebooted the computer (MacMini - OSX 10.9.5), turned my internet connection on and off...all to no avail. Obviously, this is a Microsoft issue and not a personal user issue. Please fix this Microsoft so we can check our emails, as this constantly annoying reloading won't let me click on any emails at all in my account.

Looks like it stopped refreshing for me. Must of been a temporary glitch. Hopefully everyone else's gets fixed too.
