Outlok 365

After contacting Microsoft and getting nowhere, except runaround. I can get my IMAP mail but the POP mail just gets errors & locks up outlook. everytime I try get you don't have access or permission. Also since upgrading to windows 10 the WIFI keeps dropping out. The Email problem started about 4 days after upgrade

I suspect this is related to MS Office Outlook and not outlook.com (browser based) where you posted this. If I am correct please either repost this in the MS Office category for the version you have by using the category tab at the top of the page, or move this thread there.
