I just tried the NEW outlook.I can sort by names A-Z, but then I have to scroll to find the person.The old outlook, I could just type the first letter and it would jump to that name.Is there a setting in the new outlook that allows you to jump to the letter when typed?

Hi ,My old account is blocked I need assistance to recovered as soon as possible. I try the recover form so many times and I have a proof that that is my account I need someone to contact me asap to get this problem solved I need to log back in the email to pull informations for work. It’s just saying your account is blocked. Please help This is the new MICROSOFT email that I have created to be able to contact someone . Can not open my hotmail account email?

Many emails from trusted senders are now going to junk. I constantly mark them as not junk and safe, it continues to happen.I see others have been reporting this problem for over 2 years and no solution? This is a problem when traveling as I can only see the junk emails from my deskto and NOt on my phone. I have tried all the suggestins to fix this, but it's still happening. How can I contact Microsoft directly to get this fixed?

have removed and added email account also turned account off and on. This happened in the apple mail apt. the outlook mail apt and on line with mail server.

I can't login from my laptop onto Hotmail. It keeps directing to a microsoft 365 page, despite clearing cache etc and resetting my password. It's unacceptable to block my email access in this way and appalling I have to submit this to try to resolve this because of all your online help that does nothing.

Hello Community Experts. :)I've Just Discovered that you can earn points per day reading 3 e-mails per day and getting +100 at the end.Unfortunately, After Reading a dozen emails. I was not given the points! Oh, but silly me! I didn't get the part where this offer is only available via Outlook on your Mobile Phone. So, I read 3 emails and still NO points! Oh, but silly me again! after clicking on the "!" i have made an account in 2018, then i made several others linked to it as the recovery email. I had no problem using my email for years up until i traveled to a few countries. Then my account got locked even though i knew the password. I needed to get a code from my 2 old numbers that i don’t have access to anymore. This account has every important file for me on it. I see that the issue with sending group messages STILL persists months after the problem was discovered and Microsoft claims to be working on it...but it's not resolved yet. Why? I don't have time to add 85 email addresses every time i need to contact the group. When is this going to be fixed?

I changed the email address for my microsoft account from hotmail to my gmail address.Then I realised that my Ubisoft account was still linked to my hotmail address. It was working fine a day/two days ago, but now every time I click the "sign in" button it has the animation of the envelope/email pop up and then goes right back to the Microsoft home page. It won't even let me log in via mobile. I've tried restarting my laptop and switching from Firefox to Chrome but the issue remains. I'm using Windows 10 (not sure if that could be one of the reasons). I tried logging in through the outlook app and it worked. In the Classic version of Outlook, there is a "Sent To" folder view that you can use but in the "New Outlook", this option is no longer available. Has this been dropped completely or is it another feature which has not been ported over yet?Can't see why you would want "Sent From" to be the view after all, I already know it was me who sent the emails
