not receiving email to reset password

Hello,

Kindly i could not recieve instagram reset password mail. note that i white-listed the whole domain.

Please advise ASAP.

Yes my issue only not receiving from instagram. I have done all the steps mentioned and still the same not receiving any :(.

hello,

The mail that you saw is the support mail i was trying to contact them but could not as they no longer use it. what i should receive is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that i could receive in gmail account from different instagram account.

 

unfortunatly I could not reach Instagram support but they mentioned in their help page that if you did not receive please contact your mail provider. and Iam doomed :/.

Thank you for clarifying the issue. For now, I would suggest that you create an email rule to make sure that emails from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** will be receive in your Inbox. Here's how to do so:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click the gear icon on the upper right of the page, select More mail settings.
  3. Under Customizing Outlook, choose Rules for sorting new messages.
  4. Click New.
  5. In Step1, Which messages do you want this rule to apply to?, choose Senders address, is, type the email address where you want to receive emails.
  6. In Step2, What action do you want to apply?, choose Move to Inbox.
  7. Save.
