No longer receiving my email in Outlook?

I was able to get all of my email from my wowway account into my new account, but I haven't received new emails in my inbox (or my iphone either) for the past hour, but I see new email sitting in my account.

Can someone please advise what I need to do/change to receive these and future emails in Outlook?

I can understand how difficult it is, when you don’t receive important emails which you’re expecting.

Like to know few information, so that I can assist you accordingly.

  1. Are you able to send emails?
  2. Did you set Wowway account as your Primary account?

As you have mentioned that, you was able to receive email from Wowway account earlier. I suggest you to check if there is any outage in you location.

As our initial troubleshooting step, we would like you to check the status of your account by signing in to

I suggest you to remove the account from the list of aliases and then re add it. Please use the steps below to remove your secondary alias and check if it helps to fix the issue.

  1. Login to
  2. Click on the gear icon on top right corner.
  3. Click on "Options".
  4. Click on "Account details (password, addresses, time zone)".
  5. Click on "Aliases" in the left panel.
  6. Follow the on screen instructions and enter the code.
  7. Remove the Secondary alias.
