Please login into your email account via Outlook.com website and check if you receive your newsletters.
Afterwards, make sure that your emails are not being forwarded to other accounts which might be the cause why you can't receive any emails. We suggest
that you check for your email forwarding setting in your account. Please follow the steps below on how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of the Hotmail inbox page, click
Options
2. Then More options
3. Under Managing your account, click
Email forwarding
Note: If it's set to Forward your mail to another email account,
I recommend that you tick on Don't forward then click Save.
