Hi Alex,

Sorry for the late reply. We are currently experiencing high volume of inquiries. By the way, let's find out what are the possible options that we can do to resolve your issue.

Please login into your email account via Outlook.com website and check if you receive your newsletters.

Afterwards, make sure that your emails are not being forwarded to other accounts which might be the cause why you can't receive any emails. We suggest that you check for your email forwarding setting in your account. Please follow the steps below on how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of the Hotmail inbox page, click Options

2. Then More options

3. Under Managing your account, click Email forwarding

Note: If it's set to Forward your mail to another email account, I recommend that you tick on Don't forward then click Save.

In addition, we also would like you to check for the following for us to make sure that it's not contributing to this issue.

I have exactly the same problem and did report it previously. I followed all the steps given and still no luck. I have now set up my work e-mail address for the newsletters to be sent to and that is working, so clearly it's not settings, firewalls etc on our server. The size of the mail is also not the issue as the work server blocks large mails (2MB is the max) whereas I can receive larger mails via hotmail. The newsletter problem therefore clearly is a hotmail issue, and an extremely frustrating one at that as I need access to these newsletter when away from the office.

I have a issue along the same thread of this posting.  I have for YEARS used hotmail and have received emails from a list serve at a not for profit organization I am involved with.

I noticed those emails slowing down in volume and then nothing.

I signed in to that organizations website and as admisitrator of a few of the lists see that several messages have posted and I did not receive any of them.

They are all on my safe sending list and in my contacts.  They are not in the junk box.  I have erased and reentered my hotmail addy in the system and none of those "tips" worked.

This is clearly a hotmail / outlook issue.
