My ebay notification emails are not coming in any longer!! Why is this happening?

I know that you've been unable to receive messages from Ebay. To resolve this issue, we recommend you check the following settings and options:

1. Check your blocked senders list and remove the email address of Ebay from it.

Here are the steps:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the upper-right of the window, click the Options icon (gear icon).

3. Click More mail settings.

4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.

5. Click Blocked senders.

6. From the box labeled Blocked senders:, look for email address of Ebay and select it.

7. Then click << Remove from list.

2. Add the email address of Ebay to your safe senders list to make sure that messages will be directed to your inbox. Here are the steps:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the upper-right of the window, click the Options icon (gear icon).

3. Click More mail settings.

4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.

5. Click Safe senders.

6. Type the Ebay email address into the box labeled, Sender or domain to mark as safe:.

7. Click Add to list>>.

3. Check whether you have a cleanup scheduled that would automatically delete emails. The steps are provided below:

1. Sign in to your account.

2. In the upper-right of the window, click the Options icon (gear icon).

3. Click More mail settings.

4. Under Customizing Outlook, click Rules for sorting new messages.

5. Delete the rules that pertains to deleting messages from Ebay.
