insert unsubscribe link

FiniDesign asked on
Does anyone know how to put in a link so recipients of my email design updates can unsubscribe? Even if they gave me permission to send monthly emails I would like them to have the option to opt out.
Thanks, Jean

Hi FiniDesign,

I understand that you would like to know how to add a link to your emails. Don't worry, we would be glad to assist you with this.

Here's what you can do, you can add the link in your signature so that whenever you compose an email, it would be there already and not something you would have to type every single time. Please follow the instructions below on how to do this:

 1. Go to your Outlook.com inbox.
 2. Click on the gear icon on the upper right hand corner next to your name.
 3. Choose More Mail Settings.
 4. Under Writing Email, click Message font and signature.
 5. On the bottom part, that's where you would be able to edit your signature. On the drop down on the left hand corner of the signature portion, choose Edit HTML.
 6. Once done, you can add a link on your signature with this format: name
 7. Click Save.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Thanks!

HI, Did you solve it?

if not and for others, you can go to signature, then insert Hyperlink con (last icon on the left side at edit signature window), then choose Email Address then fill the Subject line "Unsubscribe" for example
