HOW CAN I ACCESS MY CONTACTS -EXACTLY- AS I DID ON HOTMAIL?

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY CONTACTS -EXACTLY- AS I DID ON HOTMAIL? 
FORMALLY IN HOTMAIL, WHEN FORWARDING, A COMPLETE LISTING OF ALL CONTACTS APPEARED FOR ME TO CHOSE FROM. 
HOW -NOW- DO I GET THAT EASY ACCESS?

No, it does not help.  I had a list of contacts that I forwarded e-mail to, however, sometime I only wanted a few of my favorites to get certain e-mails.  This system makes it more difficult for me to do that.  I do not like this "new and improved" system for more reasons that this particular one.

For Hotmail/Outlook.com we don’t have phone support when it comes to some technical issues. We only communicate with our customer in this forum.

 

With regard to your concern about the TO field that does not auto complete the email address of your contacts. Let’s try to enable the auto complete suggestion on your Outlook.com. Please follow the steps below:

 

1.       Sign in to your Hotmail account.

2.       Click the gear/cog icon on the top right part of your mailbox.

3.       Click More mail settings.

4.       Under Customizing Outlook, click Advance privacy settings.

5.       Then choose Only suggest people in my contact list.

6.       Click Save.

 

It would be best to upgrade your browser to its supported browser of Outlook.com. Some websites and online applications require recent browsers in order to work properly. Newer browsers provide additional features and benefits such as web surfing security, tabbed browsing and faster web page upload.
