Hotmail storage full, I deleted lot of emails, but still full.

Hi,

My hotmail is full, won't let me accept or send any mail.

I deleted thousands of emails and it's still showing my storage as full.

I have a paid hotmail plus subscription with supposedly 50gb.

When I try to send a support email to hotmail, it won't let me send it from anything but hotmail and of course I can't send or receive anything on the account.

Does anyone know how to fix?

Thanks!

I've tried it both ways.

Usually just on the website, then I tried using Mail on Windows 10

Then I installed Thunderbird on my OSX machine but it's been trying to download messages for hours.

Thanks for any help you can offer!

When you log into outlook.com you can find storage by clicking on the gear choosing general then storage. What is it showing there?

This is a step by step process to try and fix the problem if you don't want respond then I suggest that you'll need to contact Microsoft support as we are just Independent advisor and have not access to any back end systems of Microsoft.
