Has view email in 'Source' form been removed from new Outlook interface?

In the new email UI you cant view emails in Source form, this is essential for when the Spam checker gets it wrong and you need to check wheher its genuine or not.

Do you have the reader open?
Click the Gear in the top Right hand corner and select Reading pane Show on right or bottom depending on preference.
This will allow you to view without downloading or clicking on any links

Thank for your email, but this does not solve the problem where HTML characters are embedded in emails, or where I want to see the headers so I can report the email, and also it uses the reading pane, which uses even more screen space now that they've used more white-space on the UI.

If only I could say right-click on the email to see it in source form :-(

You are correct there is no way to view headers in the New version.
Please add request to Uservoice they are constantly updating missing services in the new version and I agree this is an important feature.

Yes, you can view the message source - click the V to the right of the reply buttons - message source is near the bottom of the menu. if you do it a lot you can add it to the bar in Settings, Customize.

Hi Diane,

Thanks.  But this is what I get on Windows 10, Firefox...

What your screen grab looks like is more like the old right-click interface and would be perfect. Also there is no Settings->Customise option???

Thx, Gary.

if you do it a lot you can add it to the bar in Settings, Customize.

It should be Settings, View all Outlook settings, Customize actions

Thank you.  It took me a while to get to this set of icons - these are the ones that are in the inline reading pane, not the sprung out reading pane, and not the inbox list. But I got there and you're right - thanks.

But the whole point of the request is to be able to look at the message source before you read the message, not afterward which may be too late.  So, close but no cigar :-(

It's not an option on that menu - you need to open the message to get the view source action.

It really should be on the right-click menu. You can vote for that suggestion here - https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/601444-new...

Then there is this one - you can vote for it too but it's clear to me from the official comment that they didn't read the suggestion or didn't get it. https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/601444-new...
