Our team has been trying for weeks to open a support ticket, for help with on-prem Exchange. We have suffered on hold for hours. Spoken with multiple different teams, all of who state it's not their responsibility. The offer to connect us to the right people and we again sit on hold for hours, or the call drops. We have a support contract, and we would even be willing to purchase support above and beyond the contract, but we are just having zero luck getting ahold of the right people.
