My name is Tony DeMatteis, Mgr Network Operations for CommSpeed, LLC, a Internet Service Provider. Our outbound email gateway ended up on your email BlackList last week. I submitted a De-List request shortly thereafter. We have addressed the problem with our system and our Email Security Vendor Edgewave (formerly Red Condor). We have not heard anything back from Microsoft. I've been trying all week and spoken to 20+ people all providing me with either a phone number or transferring me to a department that in the end can't assist me. We are loosing customers rapidly as a result of this blacklist and need to get this resolved asap. What can we do? Can you please look at your black listing and check on the status of the removal of 216.19.2.15?
