Hi
TommyFullerton,
Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community. I do apologize for the delayed response.
I understand that emails you sent to Outlook.com account are received in their junk folder. Let me assist you on this.
First, could you please clarify what do you mean when you say you have set uo your custom email via Outlook? Do you mean your domain was registered in domains.live.com? If yes, could you please provide us your domain so we can check?
When it comes to junk emails, recipient will still have the control whether they want to junk an email from a certain sender or not. If an account was set to Exclusive, this means that all emails they received from a non-contact or not in their safe senders
list will be marked as junk. Although you mentioned it is not a practical option, it would still be best to advise your your recipients to add your email address as contacts or in their safe senders list so the next time you send them an email, it will go
straight to their inbox.
I hope this helps. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you.
