Email Delivery failure

Ive a new account set up which Ive added to my iphone aswekl as acessing via desk top. 

Ive verified the account as requested on desk top and from link sent to iphone but im stil having issue reveiving mail. 

I receive the below message even if i try to email myself from another account.

  • How are you accessing your email on your desktop? Are you using Outlook desktop app (which version), Mail app, Outlook.com (via browser)?
