I got some question

1. Is Hotmail unlimited ?
2. If the size grow to fast it may reached the quota ? What is the exact number ? I will avoid it and prevent this trouble happend again.

Esta é a primeira vez que escrevo para postar a resolução de um problema.

Bem, o hotmail (recente) tem um limite de mensagens por receber cerca de 5GB. Estão isso impossibilita com que o teu e-mail receba mais do que o espaço que lhe é disponibilizado, assim, para resolver o problema é necessário apagar as mensagens anteriores e desnecessárias que enchem a caixa de entrada bem como na caixa de lixo.

Depois de esvaziar a caixa de lixo ou apagar algumas mensagens na caixa de entrada faça um teste que consiste em enviar um e-mail teste para a tua conta.

Based on the details of the bounce message IonVladescuLive provided, the recipient's mailbox strorage reached its limit to receive more emails or your email attachments are too large to be sent. Ask the email recipient to free up additional storage space to accommodate incoming emails or limit the file size of your email attachments.

i tried sent with a test email message (below 32kb) and still this error email message arrive

the user still cannot receive email since 3 days ago.
any other solution?

We have checked the bounce error message that you received and we found that the possible cause why your received it is because the recipient's mailbox is over its storage limit.

 

We advise you to contact the recipient in another way and inform him/her about the issue.

Thank you for posting your concern here in Microsoft Community. I understand that the sender's email are bounced back when sending an email to your account. Let me help you with that.

 

Upon checking your account in our end, I found out that your mailbox storage is already full. I suggest that you delete unnecessary emails or backup your important emails in your account so that there will be space for all incoming and outgoing emails in your account.

Hi, 
I get the exact same error message except I have actually emptied my junk, deleted and inbox folders. 
I really need this email address for work and its been "broken" for weeks. 
When I first deleted stuff I received about 3/5 emails- now, nothing,  nada, zilch :(
