My subfolders in the new outlook seem to be sorted by date of change/creation. How can I sort them in alphabetical order?

HiI keep getting a mail to my mailbox prompting me that an e-mail that I have sent is undelivered, but the e-mail address in question is not one I am familiar with. This mail does not appear to land in my inbox when I send an e-mail, but rather when receiving mail and when I send mail to my outlook mailbox.Would someone be able to help?

My inbox displays the following columns - From, Subject, ReceivedIn OLD Outlook, all the words (names, subject message, date and time) in all 3 columns are bold blue when the message is Unread and when the message is Read the color for all the words in all 3 columns changes to non-bold black.However, in NEW Outlook, the words appear as follows for an Unread message: From (bold black), Subject (bold blue), received (non-bold black). And when the message is Read, everything turns non-bold black.In NEW Outlook, how do I change the colors of the words in From, Subject, Received so that they displa

I have been using the Classic Outlook for years with no issues. I have 1 Google email and 2 imap, work, emails. When I go to Accounts (on new outlook) and add account the only option seems to be my gmail account. There is a field that says : Suggested accounts. That is what has my gmail account. There is no where for me to add a different account. I know all of the information to input the emails manually, but I can't find an option for that either.Georgina

I have three email accounts set up in Microsoft Outlook, each with multiple folders. Since switching to the new version of Outlook, I’m no longer able to drag emails from one account (e.g., Email Address #2) into a folder that belongs to another account (e.g., Email Address #1). The drag-and-drop simply doesn’t work across accounts anymore.In the previous version of Outlook, I could easily move emails between folders regardless of which account they were under. Is there a way to restore this functionality in the new Outlook?

Hi, I have changed my number because last year o2 changed the way they bill and moved from a legacy system and I took a new contract and new phone number. Now my outlook account is saying it has too many failed login attempts but I know my password - at first it asked me to change it but wouldn’t let me immediately because it was trying to send a code to my old number. Even though this message has been showing for a while I have been signed into the outlook app on my phone, as well as using this email for my Apple ID. I have been able to send and receive emails as normal but this has now chang

I have 2 step verification on I have access to both the recovery email and the phone number, but when I try to reset the password it asks me to use one of these methods I press email I get a code correctly inserted then it asks me to use the other method (coz of 2 step verification) I press on the phone correctly enter the right number then,Try another verification methodThat verification method isn't working right now. Own email being sent to junk folder outlook automatically. Have checked junk folder settings, added my email to the safe senders list, and still automatically sends my emails to the junk folder. Also have marked as 'not junk' but still is being pulled from the my inbox.

Hello,I went out of my way to come here and share this after having spent a couple of precious hours navigating the "New" Outlook. This is the version it says under settings that I have:You have Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.927.100 (Production). Hello, Yesterday I moved my hosting from once place to godaddy, when i moved it the emails stopped for working temporarily (due to DNS propagation), but i panicked and contacted godaddy support they asked me to change to there email system which led to 550 errors, is there a way to recover those emails now? any help would be great since we lost nearly 100 emails during that timeThanks
