Charter email on outlook

Can I set up my charter email on outlook. So far I haven't been able to find a way.

I'm not looking at any app for a mobile device. I'm not sure what Microsoft Outlook Office program is I don't have microsoft office.

You have two choices: one is to forward your Charter mail to your Outlook.com address. The other is to create a send/receive account in your Outlook.com settings that will gather your Charter mail from that mailbox using the POP3 protocol. Options>More mail settings>Your email accounts>Add a send-and-receive account
