This error is now showing up for all of my clients that I host.  I went tot he link in the email, but I can find nothing that is helping me fix this issue.  I have been running this server for my clients almost 20 years.  I have never had these kinds of issues before.   Can someone help me figure out how to fix this?

Hi Robbert,

Since you are unable to access the form, let us perform some troubleshooting steps. We suggest that you optimize your browser, clear browser's cache and temporary internet files to make sure that this is not a browser issue. You may try to open the form using a different web browser and check what will happen.

Let us know if there will be any difference.

Thank you.

Hi.

I used the Sender Information for Outlook.com Delivery forms and received the following message

Please note that your ticket number is in the subject line of this mail.

  му IP

Note: Errors are unlikely, however, if an error is indicated, please resubmit the specific IP or IP range.

Where do I need to re-send IP, because when I re-fill the form, a new ticket is generated?

Or what other steps need to be taken to solve the problem?

Hello,

For us to identify the issue, we would like to verify if you received a different error message as you mentioned that you re-fill the form. On the other hand, if you already received a ticket number, it means that everything is okay. You just need to keep and take note of the number as you can use that to follow up your case or as a reference of your issue.

Feel free to respond back if you need clarifications.

Thank you.

Hi,

For us to get a better understanding about sending message issue and provide a resolution suitable to your concern, kindly provide the following information:

  • Can you try to send the message directly from email domain instead of using email client?
  • Can you try a different network/Wi-Fi connection and check if the issue persists?

Looking forward to your reply.

It's because you put too much info in one of the text fields. Fix that and resubmit. Then wait for a response.

Hello,

I have the same problem with one IP that has been blocked by Hotmail. The IP belongs to one of our customers. My company is an ISP.

I filled the form once and got the same response with the ticket 1417840064:

Please note that your ticket number is in the subject line of this mail.

190.90.59.218

Note: Errors are unlikely, however, if an error is indicated, please resubmit the specific IP or IP range.

Thank you,

Outlook.com Deliverability Support

I re-filled the form and got the same response, with another ticket number 1417843125.

The IP 190.90.59.218 is clean, it is not a spammer. How can I know for sure that someone is reviewing this cases? How or where do I follow up the advances?

Thank you.
