Hi

This sounds like you're using the browser version of Outlook 365. It is most likely an issue with the browser itself. Try following things:
- try logging in in a different browser (IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc)
- try logging out, clearing cache and logging back in

Hope this helps

Hello Yuriy,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. I am an expert for Outlook.com and I understand that you have an issue with scrolling in Office 365 Outlook.

I find that this article may be relevant to you: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/fo...

I am sorry to inform you that you have posted this thread in the wrong forum (Outlook.com). It should fall under Office > Outlook.

Nevertheless, I will try my best to advise you on this: Have you tried repairing your Microsoft Outlook application? (See: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Repair...)

Meanwhile, to remedy your needs to navigate the emails: use mouse scroll wheel, jump max 3 emails at a time.

Hope it works!

Sincerely,
XP

Yes, I'm using web version.

It doesn't look like my browser issue.

Tried in chrome, chromium, firefox

It looks like a really annoying bug.

Hello Yuriy,

Ahh, I see. It's fine. I've raised this issue to the engineers and I'll update you once I get a reply.

Meanwhile, a workaround I can think of is: access your email through an email client such as Windows 10 Mail app: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/set-up-email-in-the-mail-app-for-windows-10-7ff79e8b-439b-4b47-8ff9-3f9a33166c60

Cheers!

Hello Yuriy Kril,

Thank you for doing that procedure and I really appreciate all of the efforts that you are doing for helping me resolving this case.

Here are the things that we can do for us to better isolate the issue:
1. Try to log in your Outlook.com account to other PC.
2. On your mobile phone, open a browser and go to https://outlook.live.com/owa
from there, please log in your Outlook profile.

Please let me know what are the results when you have tested the procedures above. This will help us for a better breakdown of the case.

Thanks!

The latest forced beta update to outlook web based e-mail is causing a similar problem since yesterday afternoon,

We tried that disabling the GIF and emo gees and the screen is still jumping-refreshing while typing and scrolling down.

It does not matter what system we are on, this problem arrived with the new beta final version.

We are on 150mbs up and down fiber to the office, gigabit wired Ethernet and 12gig memory on win 10 pro and win 7 pro machines.

The grey pull bar on the right side disappears and refreshes constantly while trying to scroll down or up the page.

We are unable to add to address recipients because the address bar is missing when we hit reply to your e-mail or anyone else, it is acting like text messages.

This new system is unstable as nothing we have ever used before. This is UNPROFESSIONAL! How do we install an e-mail server client that does not have this crapware, are you telling me that your PROFESSIONAL COMMERCIAL USERS WILL BE GETTING THIS STUFF?

I have over 14 hours in calls to Microsoft and msn and outlook trying to find someone with the knowledge to resolve this problem. We are not 15 and we do not want dancing poop piles or jumping animations, just rock solid e-mail access.

Also the "Move All From" drop down button is now missing forcing me to have to click on all of the e-mails from one person to be moved.

The system at https://outlook.live.com/owa

was perfect!

The forced upgrade system at https://outlook.live.com/mail/inbox

is a major failure!

We have been a monthly PAYING CUSTOMER for at least 18+ years. We pay $19.95 monthly for your e-mail service. We are not on the free hotmail service. This new service format is not what we need.
