I delete my msn.com alias email account then i found that my email account completely deleted.
I want to recover my email address as I have many subscriptions linked to it and I cant change it

Thanks for submitting your query. Sorry to hear about the issue. I wish I have better news, but once an alias has been removed there is no way to recover or undo it. When you deleted that primary alias, you were given a fair warning (see image below).

I did the same thing yesterday and NO SIR.....There was no such warning or message. It simply asked if I wanted to change to a different email AS PRIMARY. It told me NOTHING about one being deleted permanently. Every single account, bill payment, EVERYTHING is attached to this email and now it "doesn't exist"??? I am sure it can be UNDELETED by someone at Microsoft. This is TRAGIC!
