Reactivate an old hotmail account !

hello

I try to sign in with an old Hotmail account and I get this msg ( this account does not exist )
can I get back my old account ?
Answer
Answer
1.The error "Microsoft Account does not exist" usually means:
*The person is logging in using an Alias.

*The person mistyped the email address. Retyped the correct email address.
*The person shows as inactive.

To keep your Outlook.com account active you must sign in to the account at least once every 365 days.

After 365 days of inactivity, your email will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

After 5 years of inactivity, your Microsoft account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Microsoft services agreement

If your account was marked inactive it would not exist.

Accounts that have been removed have a 60 day waiting period before the address is again available.

At the end of that time  anyone  may be able to create a new account or an alias using the same email address.
The data is gone however.

(I understand you can only create @outlook.com and @Hotmail.com addresses when creating new accounts.)
