Emails have disappeared from my inbox

All of my emails have recently disappeared from my inbox, only showing the last two days.  This has happened on my laptop, iPhone and ipad.   Can you please help, I have lots of important emails that I need.  I haven't deleted them by accident, they have just disappeared!

Do they appear in the Deleted Items folder? Do they appear in the Recover deleted messages feature?

All my emails prior to 22.1.20 have disappeared.  They are not in delelted or any folders and i havent changed any settings.  this is not acceptable as i have lost important emails to do with university.

please help

No they dont appear anywhere.  They have just disappeared!

I have the same

problem, nit deleted anything and there are alot of important e mails for example, exam results, bookings etc.

I have just telephoned microsoft but apparently the people i need to speak to about the problem can only be contacted by email.  The lady i spoke to sent an email and told me to fill in the appropriate information but i have no idea what to do?   Pleas can someone help and tell

me what to do?   I have important emails that have just disappeared!

No unfortunately. Went onto e

mail to print some university results off to produce to workplace and everything had gone!

That message is from a scammer trying to get you to call so they can pretend to be Microsoft in order to steal your money and infect your PC.
