How can I print a Hotmail message? 2016

I am using Hotmail and I have bene able to print in the past.   Now since "Upgrading" to Windows 10 when I try and print from the Hotmail home page, click on the three dots at the top of the page - and clicking print, it prints a blank page with the acceptation of PRINT at the top left of the page, and CLOSE at the top left.   Other then that the page is left blank - No email message.

When I do hit the print button at the there is a header that reads: Print Message Microsoft Edge (if this helps).

I am also using Internet Explorer.

Now if I simply right click on the message, and try to print that way, the message is partially cut off and I end up printing my Folder column.

To assist you better, please provide few details.

1) When you click on Print option, are you able to view the print preview windows? If yes, is all the contents of the email is available there?

2) Is the issue confined only with printing emails from account?


I suggest you to try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser and then try printing the Emails again and check if it helps.


To clear cache and cookies on Internet explorer, follow the below steps:


1) Press ctrl key + Shift key + Delete key on your keyboard.

2) Mark check on appropriate cookies and website data, Temporary Internet Files and Website Files.

3) Click on Delete button.


To clear cache and cookies on Microsoft Edge, follow the below steps:


1) Click on the More actions (…) icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.

2) Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.

3) Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.
