X-OWA-Error Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.SystemConfiguration.OverBudgetException

This user's company uses Office 365 and sometimes when the user try to access OWA (outlook.office.com) it generates the following error;

It is an intermittent issues and the browser in use is Safari 10.1 (12603.1.30.0.34) running on macOS 10.12.6 Sierra. I've tried accessing on alternate browsers and the issue remains the same.

My attempts to research this error online was unsuccessful as I couldn't find content directly related to this error.

Hi Ramith, 

May I know which kind of environment you have set up? Is it Hybrid deployment or purely Exchange Online?

Does this issue happen to any other users in your organization?

Moreover, please try to check this issue via using different Mac PC (e.g. any non-problematic colleague Mac) to determine whether it is a user account or specific client side issue.

It's an Office 365 account. Fully on Office 365. Email works fine on Outlook app but this error occurs on OWA for Office 365.

Yes, I've checked on multiple browsers and platforms (including PC Windows 10/7).

Hi Ramith, 

Thanks for the update. Please try to troubleshoot this issue via using the default domain  e.g. "contoso.onmicrosoft.com"-based email address to see whether the problem still occurs. (If you are not an admin, please contact your admin to specify your Office 365 email address in the form of <user>@<domain>.onmicrosoft.com.)
