I am attempting to migrate a customer domain from Outlook.com to Zoho. When I attempt the migration on Zoho, an error appears on the zoho side that Outlook.com has blocked the ID and password. I've set up Outlook.com to allow for POP services which should be all that is required. Is there some other security measure in place that will not allow for the migration of my email over to Zoho?
Alternatively, is it possible to have someone at Outlook.com (MS) to allow for this migration to take place or are there alternatives to getting my emails from Outlook.com into Zoho?
