Outlook.com sign in.

Everytime I try to sign in on my laptop, it keeps bouncing back to the same thing. Go Premium... It will NOT allow me to sign in at all on my laptop, yet I can sign in on my phone. I aint good with technology at all but could do with some help in resolving this.....

Are you logging in as an administrator on your laptop?
