EMAIL HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED

Hi I had another Email account which I used for gaming profiles on my ps3. However, this Email account has been deactivated and now I can no longer log in to my PSN on my ps3. When I attempt to log in through outlook it says that the Email address does not exist then when I try to create another Email address with the same name it says it is already in use. What can I do? Is there any way I can reactivate the Email address with my backup Email? Please help as I do not wish to lose my PSN data. Thank you.

Since account issues contain private information you must use the online form shown below.  They are the only ones who have access to your account information, we simply don't.
