Can't login to Mail?

Ive been having sync issues with outlook.com and mail. Ive deleted and reinstalled outlook and the same with Mail on my apple iphone 7 and mail keeps redirecting me to "sign in" with email and password to microsoft?

Are you able to log in to the website outlook.com without a problem ? This is just happening on the app ? Just to clarify also, you've used both outlook app and mail app on the phone ?

Hi Dane,

it's let me login now! It still won't sync with outlook.com app. Yes i use both Mail app and Outlook.

I see, are you logged in on the outlook app but it's just not syncing emails ?

Please let me know how to fill out a recovery form.
Where Can I find?

Because since I got unusual activity message, I changed PW of my Hotmail many times, but still keeps saying "Help us Secure your account" cannot login to Hotmail.

I try to login with other 3 devices, no luck.

Please let me know.

BTW this is my second Hotmail account.
