I cant seem to add my "xtra" email account

Original Title: Adding my "xtra" email account.

I have added several othe email accounts, gmail, hotmail included but I cant seem to add my "xtra" accounts. Most frustrating!

Keeps warning this account is "is out of date" promps me to update my password which I have done correctly several times yet nothing.

The problem is that I am not receiving the content of my emails?????? Help please

I am sorry to know that you are facing issues with adding email accounts.

 

To guide you in the right direction, let us know the following:

 

  • How are you trying to access Outlook.com?  Is it through Web or App? (You can see the differences here)

  • If app, then which app? And if it is via web browser, then which browser? Please specify.

  • Is the issue confined with one particular sender/domain emails or with all?

  • What is the exact error message? 

  • When you login to your Outlook.com account via web browser, on the top left corner, do you see "Outlook Mail" instead of "Outlook.com"?

Help us with the required information as the options and settings between the app interface and the web based interface differs from each other.
