Can't get charter email to work on android

I have a Samsung Galaxy 6S.  I can't get the Charter email to work, so I tried to set up the outlook app.  When I get to the 3rd step in the get started section, It says to "select account" to be added.  I don't see any account.  When I go back to the settings, it has set up my gmail account, which is also my microsoft account.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Are there any better instructions on how to configure the email?

I would suggest you to click on the link below, you might have to setup your email account from the IMAP or POP section. Try following the steps mentioned in Add your IMAP email account or Add your POP email account
